- Using the music with AI tools that analyze or learn from it, including:
  - Music style transfer
  - Voice or instrument separation
  - Beat detection or rhythm analysis models
  - Melody or harmony extraction systems
  - Music recommendation systems
  - Mood or emotion detection systems
  - Genre classification systems
  - Audio fingerprinting systems
- Including the music in AI training datasets
- Using the music with AI tools that modify or generate derivative music
- Uploading to AI music services or platforms that may use it for training
- Using the music in AI-powered music creation tools or plugins
- Incorporating the music into AI music libraries or databases

### Additional AI Clarifications
- The music cannot be used as "input" or "training data" in ANY AI system

### Common NFT/Web3 Workarounds (All Prohibited)
- "Experience NFTs" that include the music
- "Access tokens" or "utility tokens" related to the music
- "Fractional NFTs" or "governance tokens" involving the music
- "Music licensing DAOs" or "Web3 music platforms"
- "Play-to-earn" or "listen-to-earn" systems
- Any system claiming to "decentralize" or "tokenize" music rights
- All blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Solana, etc.) and future variations

**Note**: These AI restrictions exist because this music contains legally licensed commercial samples and loops whose original licenses prohibit AI training use.

**Note on Future Technologies**: These restrictions apply to ALL future variations, innovations, or "redefinitions" of blockchain/Web3 technology, regardless of how they may be branded or marketed.
